1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Allan's Off The Shelf website and the document preparation services we provide. By placing an order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before submitting an order.
2. Our Services
Allan's Off The Shelf provides document preparation services including company registrations, trust deeds, self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) deeds, and related legal documents. Our services are document preparation services only and do not constitute legal advice. See our Disclaimer for further detail.
3. Placing an Order
Orders may be placed via our online order forms or by submitting a completed PDF order form to enquiries@alshelf.com.au. By submitting an order, you confirm that:
- All information provided is true, accurate, and complete
- You hold the necessary consents of all parties named in the order
- All directors named in a company order hold a valid Director ID registered with ABRS
- You are authorised to place the order on behalf of any firm or client named
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is accepted by us.
Prices shown on the website are indicative starting prices. Exact pricing for trust deeds and SMSF deeds will be confirmed on review of your specific requirements.
A credit card surcharge of 1.43% applies to all card payments. No surcharge applies to bank deposit or approved account payments.
5. Payment
Payment is required before documents are prepared and delivered, unless you hold an approved account with us. We accept:
- Bank deposit (ANZ BSB 012 349, Account 221 604 238 — use your entity name as reference)
- Credit and debit card via Stripe (1.43% surcharge applies)
- Approved account (available to accountants and legal firms — contact us to apply)
Orders are processed upon confirmation of payment receipt. For bank deposits, please email remittance to enquiries@alshelf.com.au.
6. Turnaround Times
Company registrations are typically processed within 25 minutes of payment confirmation during business hours. Trust deeds and SMSF deeds are individually prepared and may take longer. All turnaround times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We will not be liable for any loss arising from delays in processing.
7. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the documents we have prepared, please contact us at enquiries@alshelf.com.au within 14 days of delivery. We will review your concern and, where the issue is attributable to an error on our part, we will rectify the documents or provide a refund of our service fee at our discretion.
No refund will be provided for:
- ASIC lodgement fees, government charges, or third-party costs already incurred
- Orders where documents have been executed or used
- Change of mind after documents have been delivered
- Errors arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you
8. Accuracy of Information Provided
We prepare documents based solely on the information you provide. We are not responsible for errors in documents arising from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information provided by you. Any amendments required as a result of client error may be subject to additional fees.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Allan's Off The Shelf's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special loss or damage arising from the use of our services or documents.
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Intellectual Property
All document templates, website content, and materials provided by Allan's Off The Shelf remain our intellectual property. Documents prepared for you are licensed for your use in respect of the specific entity or transaction for which they were ordered.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any dispute arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
