Plus if you are ordering a public company, limited by guarantee, joint share holders or anything not standard please download a company order form and email to our office for manual processing, this website system is automated & feeds directly to ASIC if unsure please send a manual form to our office.

With an Email version company you receive all the company documents listed below but in PDF version and only 1 copy per company (you can print and copy as many as you like).
With a register version, you receive the following with your company order:
- A Black binder, coated tabbed index, all ASIC documents prepared, minutes, share certificates and all secretarial work completed to date of transfer, 2 copies of the constitution with a pdf version as well. (The Constitution allows for Single Director).
- 10 Classes of shares with various rights.
